Prominent Public Figures Join Michigan Corps

Google CEO Eric Schmidt, CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta, and other public figures have become Founding Corps Members of Michigan Corps.
Google CEO Eric Schmidt, CNN Chief Medical Correspondent Sanjay Gupta, Emmy-award winning television sportscaster Dick Enberg, Pulitzer-Prize winning author Jeffrey Eugenides, and Former Digg CEO Jay Adelson have become Founding Corps Members of Michigan Corps.

This early commitment by Dr. Schmidt, Dr. Gupta, Mr. Enberg, Mr. Eugenides, and Mr. Adelson affirms Michigan Corps' innovative philanthropy and significant potential.

Said Google's Eric Schmidt: "Michigan is America's state. And Michigan Corps is the right organization at the right time for the right state. Please join me as a Corps Member and support the economic transformation of Michigan."

Michigan Corps expects to announce additional Founding Corps Members soon before the official public launch of the organization by August 2010.
